About the Coach - Terri Pepper
Hi – I’m Terri Pepper, a health coach certified by The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (click here to learn more about IIN). At 65, there are many things that describe me: mom of a 25-year-old daughter and two very senior pugs, CEO of a global network of law firms, yoga instructor, speaker and trainer, friend, daughter, and advocate for health and fitness after my own journey down these paths, to name a few of my most important roles. What Is Health Coaching?
As your health coach my role is to hold you accountable and guide you in reaching your goals, whether they are health, wellness, happiness, career, fitness, family, spirituality, nutrition, or life in general. Coaching can be private, group, or through my new service, Walk & Talk with Terri (combining active movement with coaching). All services are offered in-person or virtual.
About Intentional Wellness by Terri
After earning my Certified Health Coach designation, I set up the company to offer a variety of tools, services, and information to help people purposely live healthy for life. This includes workshops, private coaching, yoga and mindfulness instruction, and wellness-related events.
While I am happy to work with many types of clients, I particularly focus on women over 50, who face a unique set of complexities and challenges as we age and with whom I share a very relatable journey to wellness.

About My Website Artwork
My friend James C. Cunningham has graciously provided the beautiful floral photos that grace my website. He is an amazing photographer with an eye for beauty in nature, just the vibe I want for my site and my company.
Please note that James holds the copyright for his photographs, and they may not be downloaded or copied from my site.
About My Commitment to Giving Back

Past endeavors have included raising money during various walking events such as the breast cancer three-day and the annual MS Walk, and teaching yoga in a domestic violence shelter. My recent activities have included the following:
